Getting Started

Keeping your business data safe is a top priority for Measured. In addition to your username and password, we take extra steps to make sure no one can view your valuable business data unless you want them to.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

You can set up the following secure 2FA methods to provide a one-time code used for account access:

  • Text message
  • Email to a secondary address

(Note: If you don't receive a text message immediately, please wait at least two minutes before requesting a new code.)

You can adjust your 2FA settings after initial setup, such as the method you use or which mobile number will receive text messages. Use the following steps to make changes:

  1. Go to https://login.measured.com/enduser/settings
  2. Click the panel in the upper-right corner
  3. Select Settings and go to the Security Methods section

Forgotten Passwords

If you've forgotten your password, you may be able to use a different 2FA method for account access.

Be aware that if you enter an incorrect password too many times, your account will become locked for 60 minutes. 

Additionally, if you haven't accessed your account in over 90 days, its password will expire and need to be reset.
